Matthew was an excellent host, very communicative and friendly. He was even kind enough to give us a plethora of recommendations for food and entertainment. The house was very easy to find, and in a great location. It’s just close enough to local attractions while still having a good degree of privacy and quiet. The property was clean and well maintained, and the enclosed hot tub was a very nice touch. I look forward to booking in the future.

Great home, great host, and awesome amenities. This was an excellent place to stay just minutes from downtown St. Charles. We had 8 guys here for a weekend golf trip to the St. Louis/St. Charles area, and it worked out perfectly for our group. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this house, which was perfect for our mini family reunion. The home is very spacious, with good sized bedrooms and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was a reasonable drive to downtown and local stores. The finished basement is a fantastic feature, a fun space for activities like ping pong, air hockey, and arcade games. One note for future guests: the three bathrooms are located upstairs by the bedrooms and down in the basement. There is no bathroom on the main floor, which was challenging for one of our family members who has extreme mobility issues since we spent most of our time there. Other than that, everything else was just right for our stay.
