Guests enjoy the full single-family home — all 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms (including a half bath on the main level), living spaces, four patios, private hot tub, and garage. Sleeps up to 10. Wi-Fi and in-unit laundry included. Pet-friendly (dogs only). Alpine Co-Hosts is available throughout your stay for any needs.
🚗 Parking — Important
Strict parking policy. Max 3 vehicles total:
- 1 car in the garage
- 2 cars parked side by side outside the garage
- No other vehicles allowed — do not block the neighboring driveway
Overflow: Vail View Dr between the two white signs.
All vehicles must be moved Monday & Friday before 8 AM for snow operations.
The driveway is on a hillside and can be icy. 4WD/AWD required during
snowstorms. Exercise caution — watch for ice falling from roofs, patios,
and other surfaces.
🚌 Bus Stop Directions
Stop 1: Walk to the bottom of the hill, turn left toward Vail View Dr.
Head ~100 yards east — look for the covered bus enclosure at the
Sandstone Dr / Vail View Dr intersection.
Stop 2: Walk to Vail View Dr and turn right. Continue ~100 yards past the
last parking sign — bus stop is on the opposite side of the street.
Cross when the bus arrives. No designated stop on this side of the street.
You're on the Sandstone Bus Route (purple line) — straight to an epic ski day.
🐾 Dogs Only Policy
We love dogs — but no other pets, please.
- Max 2 dogs, 60 lbs or under each
- $500 fee per dog, per stay
- First day pet fee included in booking (Airbnb). Remaining days charged
via Stripe link.
- Second pet fee sent via Stripe separately (if applicable)
- Undisclosed dogs: $500 fine
- Please clean up after your pet — $250 fine for failure to do so
- Disclose each dog's size and breed at booking (required for insurance)
We appreciate your cooperation — we want this home to stay clean and
enjoyable for every guest.
